Q: Is Philippines Press Release (P/PR) free to use?

A: Philippines Press Release is free to use. Any guest is welcome to read any of our press releases or announcements that are available. Guest users can also post their own press release or announcement with certain limitations. Paid for clients will have access to more options such as hyperlinks, additional media, additional word counts and news embargo (timed releases).

Q: How long does it take for my press release to be posted?

A: We publish releases fairly quickly. Most often within a day. But publishing times can take up to five days for publication on some occasions.

Q: How long does my press release stay online?

A: Press releases stay indefinitely online. We cannot guarantee for how long they may on the first page of the site however.

Q: Can I make edits to my press release after publication?

A: Unless there is a legal requirement, or at the request of the business in ownership of press release, we can remove press releases. Minor edits, such as typos, additional content, changed content, etc will be at the discretion of P/PR.

Q: Can I republish press releases on my own site?

A: No. As we do not own the press releases that are posted, we cannot give consent of their publication anywhere else.

Q: What format do you require for press releases?

A: Press releases should be no longer than 500 words for guest accounts. The thumbnail image should be 750×400 or 1200×640 in dimensions. Include media contacts if available.

Q: I am unhappy with my press release, can I get a refund?

A: Once a release is published online, we are unable to issue refunds. If your release has not been published, a partial refund will be at the discretion of Philippines Press Release. A full refund is only available if requested within one hour of payment.

Q: How do I setup an account to publish a press release or announcement?

A: You can use our online form to submit your press release. If there are additional paid for options that are needed, one of our agents will follow up with you to coordinate. No account needs to be setup or created on your end.
